The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.
We have done so.
Now Tyberius Prime expects him to start complaining that we removed his 'free speech' since this message will replace all of his posts, past and future.
Don't follow his example - seek real life help first.

Heh, I noticed.

Very nice stuff. Some do indeed work with FF, the only ones that don't are the ones involving gradients.

I like it a lot, thank you very much. I am now inspired to create! So lets see if I can squeeze Wu Particles into 20 lines now, eh?

One question: do variables need to be defined (var allDivs; etc) as part of the 20 lines rules, or do you just do that since you want them to be globals?

The idea of this workshop is really cool. Once you know that sort of things, they seem so obvious that you don't even realize not everybody knows them. Hope it'll boost some people to play, fiddle, learn ( to cite a great inmate ) more bits of JavaScript.

yeah wicked stuff, i didn't know Js could be so straightforward. I've always had this image of browser hangups and workarounds and it's kept me away. But now it's as easy as C.

Also since Action Script (AS) is essentially Java Script (JS) with a lot of classes is there really any difference between writing this sort of thing in flash or for JS. I have some C programmes i'd like to try and get onto the web, a genetic algorithim and such [fun!]. I kinda like flash cos it gives me a feeling that i know where everything is, plus its easier to make the end result look pretty.

Also how come FF Is so bad at rendering things? Hmm i'm sure there's no difference in actionscript performance, something to do with the actual browsein then...

Thanks again guys, hope this doesn't disappear for a while.
