I am getting into a similar boat... i want to remain small enough to not have to employ full timers, but instead i will be contracting work out to people. And these people dont have to be experts i am happy to teach them what i know. |

We have been doing this succesfully with both the new version of Contribute (3) and an open-source project management system: NetOffice - http://netoffice.sourceforge.net/index.php . It is loosely based on Macromedia's SiteSpring. It is nice in that it allows us to have things available for client viewing/feedback and keep it separate from operations among multiple team members. Automatic e-mail notifications keep everyone up to date and standardizes a lot of the cumbersome processes of project management with remote contractors... |
