Topic awaiting preservation: just made this....opinions??? (Page 1 of 1)

Got bored so I made this....I was in progress of doing some tuts in 3dsmax and came accoss the one with the chess pieces...thought I would do something with it..

definataly not 56k friendly

what do you guys think? comments?

That's not bad - though there is a little fracturing; there are definite lines visible throughout the objects.

What WH said. Also, I don't think that the fog in the background looks very good.

I think that it would look cool with a dusty mist, and yellow tint tho--granted that I prefer that kind of 3D image.

...the pieces might look better if they weren't glass... maybe marble?

otherwise, I love it.. I love the 'I am' theme... especially with the whole 'I think (as exemplified by my chess-playing) therefore I am'...
