Blaise: Thank you pal. The resolution guides and margins proved to be usefull. I also made an HTML version of my background with an animated version for the little girl in the bottom left. That little girl is my avatar on pouet.net. |

The Weather bar and Post-it note are indeed two little apps, they're called desktop widgets and are becomming increasingly popular amongst the skinning and theming scene. There are a couple of programs that can create them like Samurize, Desktop X, o Rainlendar, I'm using Kapsules. |

Blaise, I've just spent the last hour or so installing the necessary files to use Kapsules. They are very good. Thanks. I must resist downloading the SDK, I have too much else to do, but they look so much fun. |

Did you know that too much white is bad for your monitor? If you leave it on.. It runs a risk of burning the screen. |

Rad... I've usually got this funky gasket going over my start button and just under my screen (if that makes sense). This is the first time I've seen my own screen without that gasket for a few years now. Can you believe I paid $400 insurance for this computer and they wouldn't fix that gasket? Said I was neglactant. @3$! holes. |
