I don't trust Ariana Huffington's opinion. I've watched her switch positions just one too many times over the years. I've come to the conclusion that her primary motivation is to be in the spotlight and that she will say just about anything to that end. That is my personal opinion, YMMV. |

I disagree, I think its a pretty good source of news and the blogging is interesting. I think the journalists predicting her demise are the same people who are losing out to bloggers daily. |

I dunno, I read it for the first week, and it was too much tongue wagging, they said, bad this, evil that, conspiracy over in that corner, gossipy ick. Lotta words, but light on calories. |

Like the Drudge Report, a significant portion of her site is just links from established news sources with the ability to comment on them. Its the other half thats the blog and regardless your opinions on Arianna Huffington, she quite a few people in the know that I wouldn't mind hearing from. |

That a blog gets any media attention at all destroys the very meaning of the grassroots blog. I've always been of the belief that blogs are meant for people to write about whatever the hell they want, tossing out aspersions wherever he/she wants for whatever whims occur at the moment. |

I just found Huffington's Toast blog. And after a very quick perusal, I just gotta say, I'm gonna keep my eye on this one. Mainly because of titles like: Condi, the Jello Shot Temptress. |
