Topic: Newb with CSS (Firefox Related) (Page 1 of 1)

I want to make a Theme for Firefox... (and Personally I?m Surprised it [the theme] hasn?t been done yet)

But Apparently, After I Did some Google Searching.... It Involves The Coding of Css...

...I am New to Coding... and Know Nothing about CSS

So My Questions are....


What is CSS Based on (If any) ?

Does anyone know of any Good Sites the Could help with (at least) the Basics of Coding CSS

What Do I Use to Code Css (Is there an App. or do I just Type it in a word doc.)

Any Thing Else that involves Css and Firefox Themes in Question Form.

http://w3.org/Style/CSS/ will cover the basic stuff
http://kb.mozillazine.org/Theme_development will cover a little more, though I'm not sure if it covers all the proprietary Mozilla-only CSS you can use...on the upside, I doubt you need to use any (though obviously some things, like -moz-border-radius, would be especially nice)

Afterall, a google search turns up a *whole* lot of great results that you should take a look at before asking such questions...honestly...

Added a few favorites to the code editor FAQ for all those interested. I suggest others do the same; I'm sure the scene has changed since the FAQ was last edited in '04.
