I was hoping to find a semantic tag for referencing a quote and got excited about the CITE tag. There's not much I can find anywhere that tells me it's exactly what I'm looking for but just wanted to run it through you opinionated persons and get your thoughts on the useage here, and what to expect if anything from the future of the tag... code:

I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
John 15:5

I don't know the key to success, but they key to failure is trying to please everybody.
Bill Cosby

I agree on cite. It's what I was going to suggest when I saw this on the list. |

The cite tag is a real life saver. I was working for some professors who needed to cite research for their papers and was worried there was nothing to handle this. Thank goodness for the w3c specs eh? |
