First, I would suggest you remove the empty lines in the div's. I imagine that might be the problem. Despite the fact whitespace shouldn't matter in XHTML, IE frequently causes problems. |

Have you played around with the top and bottom margins at all? Sometimes it may be worth using padding instead as IE has some issues with margins. |
