And the asylum seems to run happily at the moment.

I got mine for a whopping $4.44/month for 4 years (one of their specials that ran over Presidents Day weekend). I've seen a few recent promos there to get a good discount on hosting, just have to check back every now and then. -- Any sufficiently advanced bug is indistinguishable from a feature.

Dreamhost has a decent record... they had a major outage a couple of years back, but the best and openest communication I've ever seen in a hosting provider.
