This is a newer version of the XP windows genuine advantage. I have known of people getting their computers from some Mom and Pop shop with cracked windows on it. Shame but it's the customer that gets jerked over for this. quote:

I have no choice but to get on with it. This year we expect a substantial portion of our clients will be asking specifically for Windows 7 - something we never had to fear with Vista due to (some unfair) bad publicity. |

I've been dual-booting Ubuntu since Edgy and only boot into windows rarely. Lucid Lynx is only 15 days away! |

If you like the cube you should try gnome-shell thats what i use and, even if its only beta by now, its absolutly great |

I gotta say I do love Linux, have been using it for years myself now, but I'm impressed with Windows 7 other than this update shenanigans. |
