Not that this machine does the pretty graphics, but it it still looks ok, and the single player campaing,
the unbeaten gameplay... found that siege tanks still make me shiver 12 years after.

so who else is playing?

Yeah I'm sucked in, loving the campaign, impressed by its depth, scared to play online though!

hehe, haven't started a match either, though supposedly the match making received a lot of attention.

Sure, there are drawbacks. Battle.net mandatory. No real (offline) lan play - I'm too old to lug around computers.
Campaigns piece by piece - but then, I'd rather have ~90 missions in 3 years than ~50 every 12...

Oooh. Looks rather enticing.
My last two forays into on-line gaming were disappointing so I'm feeling a little wary of trying this. Savage, I grew tired of after a few weeks, frenetic and repetitive. Then there was Hero's of Newerth, don't get me started! After hours of familiarising myself with the basic game play I was screamed at by a lot of the gamers there for being a newbie, and I was on a newbie server! I tried to put my heart into it but they wanted my soul. Very unfriendly it was.
Still, I'm looking for a good game to play so I might just give it a twirl.

Yeah I am are you in the EU mas?

I'm in Bronze (working my way up though) and getting fed up with cheese tactics, so if you want to have a practice partner I'm up for that, and also a 2v2 partner.

i'm in the EU as well, will post my character number as soon as i get to my pc....
oh and better get used to cheese, there's still tons of cheese players even in platinum.... :-|
