This is cool when most movies these days use some sort of cool graphical hacking interface (I remember this pissing me off in swordfish), but the Matrix uses a real hack. Kinda neat

Yeah, I noticed that she was hacking on *nix, and when I saw "ssh" in there, I knew it was something real. Praise God... I'm getting sick of movies and TV where everything is some bubbly 3D interface or, worse, on a Mac.

"I'm a leet hacker, lemme just fire up OS9 here..."

(Nothing against Macs, they're just the least hackery system known to man or God.)
