I go to download ie 5.5 with softpaq 2 and I find out that its no longer available for download. So no I have to find a CD on it with explorer 5.5..... kinda lame. At least these old browsers are gradually fading out.

When I was trying to upgrade one of my computers from ME to Win2K the installation didn't recognize ME as a legit Windows OS. When I called MS tech support they told me that I would need to get a CD that had a full version of 95 or 98 to drop in the tray to be recognized by the installation program, and that if I didn't have one this was one of the few times they said it was okay to borrow someone elses.
