This is so strange. Just this morning, in my car I was listening to Amnesiac and I was thinking it was time for Radiohead to have a new one. I mean it has been a while, and what do you know.... |

so it's good eigh? I think that OK Computer is probably one of the best albums. It is just good song writing. |

Woohoo! Actually, I've never heard OK Computer, but I like their other stuff. Actually, I forgot about them completely for the most part, but anyways, I'll probably download it, see if it's any good, and if it is then buy it. |

Radiohead is my favorite band! I got the Hail to the Thief yesterday morning too. The on campus record store here gave me a poster and a vinyl single when i bought the CD. The poster is hangin' on my wall and the single has a good b-side I've never heard before. |

Actually, I tend to veer away from pop-ish music (I'm more of a rock, alt-rock, reggae and dub type guy) but Evanescence's Fallen is a good album. It's got a pretty strong gothicy, pseudo-metal sound. |

I just listened to some of the sound clips on Amazon, and I'd say that I probably won't buy it. Maybe download. I'm not sure. Overall, maybe a 4/10. |

I had never heard Radiohead before (although I have heard of them), so I gave them a listen (Bmud's link). I have to admit that I'm very apathetic about the music. I don't necessarily dislike it, but I don't think I really like it, either. It's just kind of there, at least for me. I don't think I would listen to it by choice, though. Just not my type of music, I guess. |

Each of their CD's is completly different. You should maybe try out some of the older stuff, like OK Computer, or maybe their first one, which I really like. |

Yeah, its definetly the kinda stuff that grows on you. OK computer and The Bends would be the best places to start. Unless you really are into electronica, then I'd say go with Kid A |

OK, I'll give some of the older stuff a listen. I'm gathering by what cfb said above that Amazon has sound clips for albums they sell? |

Yea, you would be able to tell, because there is this scrating sound through out the whole thing, like it was an old record or something. |

Thom Yorke's musical persona seems like a moth drawn to the porch light of what Cat Power's Chan Marshall calls the psychological horror of being the lead singer. His fey voice fluttering with the buzzing inconstancy of quickly-beaten wings, Yorke liltingly lets loose with wracked-man wailings across almost the entire set. There's not a no-brainer rock song here, and the record is essentially chorus-free -- good stuff. |

Don't expect me to give any indepth reviews, I just want to mention that after some days of listening I really like it.. "Wolf at the door" is the current favourite. Thanks for your kind replies about the bike.. I'm gonna buy a new, cheap piece of crap, see how long it'll manage before it falls apart. |
