![]() I expect one of the better uses for it would be in the military to replace standard camoflague webbing. Imagine having that stuff draped over your vehicles during combat, you would definately have an advantage over your enemies. |

![]() I think people (or is it me) misunderstood the whole thing. it's not the clothing that makes people invisible, but the way the footage was taken. in other words, if u were present during the time when they were filming those videos, you would see just an ordinary surface without any transparency supereffects. So I think we can rule out practical uses of this technology at this point. |

![]() The only practical use I could think of that would be in films. How would it cover a tank ? by convincing the enemy not to use their eyes but to look through a big set of fancy googles ?? Its a camera trick not startrek style cloaking. |
