![]() There are actually no legal ground for suing as trading under a registered name, since the record label is registered as 'Apple' and it's grown to corporation size, which it why it's called 'Apple Corporation'...but the MAC computer mob at orgiinally registered, and still correctly called these days 'Apple Computers'...that one word is enough to protect them, legally, as they are not trading under the name 'Apple'...they trade under either 'Apple Computers' or 'Apple MAC Computers'. |
