Hi, people. I just wonder if you would tell me how to make network PC and Mac.
I am at web firm for my work experience. PCs are networked. My boss wants to add Mac onto that network.
Well, any advices, thanks in advances.

I had an iBook (laptop mac) at home for a couple of days.
It ran OSX and as far as plugging a nework cable into it, that solved getting on the net/mail and so on. Actual networking was a bit different since OSX is based on a Unix dialect that doesn't see windows by itself, neither does windows see unix by itself.

I know you can solve this by installing Samba on the mac, however OSX has a much easier way. It runs an apache server with ftp enabled by default, so just find out which IP the mac gets on the network, then point your pc/explorer/ftp proggie to that ip and log in, there you go, full file sharing.
