Anything that would open a hole or overtax the processor they look at very closely. Makes for great reliability and uptime but you have to be prepared to workaround here and there what particularly are you interested in strictly business for? I've heard a few people complain about miva over the years I've been there. But then again, a lot of people complain about a lot of things and it normally comes down to the person complaining not knowing what they're doing. mail and http been solid forever, they dropped to 96% ish uptime once over a month when the were doing a physical move of their datacenter, that's about my only complaint. Well, that and the fact that whenever I recommend them they start having some kind of glitch =D Jason

poor php support would be my only gripe with DH - old and missing modules gives me the irits. otherwise they're a decent host, fast(ish), minimal downtime, decent customer support. i have a number of domains there and am pretty happy.
