I've been searching for a tutorial that I once saw about placing text so that it will follow your path (like a curvy line) but I can't find it anymore. Does anybody know where such a tutorial can be found. I scoured the ps manual but nothing... |

yeah.. I've checked out this tutorial, but there was another where you draw your path and than place the text on the path. Anybody know this one? |

well, thing is I wanted it to be scalable and resizable. (and I suppose that would be the case with freehand) I could have swore theres a way to do it so that you can type on the path.... |

I'm sure I have seen a plug in that lets you create a path to use for type,,,,can't find it yet, I'll go look and check back in a mo' |

I've heard a rumor that photoshop 8 will have that capability. It's about time, and it should be out soon I think. |

The only thing I can think of to do is enter the text on it's own layer and warp it. That's the PSE recommendation anyway. Looks like it takes a bit of finnagling but would probably work reasonably well. Otherwise type it in Pagemaker or Illustrator and import it as Moltas mentioned. |
