Errm.. My color picker box moved itself up to the point that I can't move it back. I tried resetting the palette locations, but I guess that since it's not considered a palette that I didn't move. Any suggestions?

Try changing the resolution on your screen to something smaller, load up PS. That should reset everything. Then close PS, re-set your resolution, re-load photoshop.

I too have had this problem when using dual display, it's quite irritating.

You can also try hitting "F." That will give you a full screen mode that will sometimes give you enough room to grab it.

This happened to me when I was on dual displays, as well.
If all of the other suggestions don't help you (which I'm pretty sure they will),
Try deleting the Photoshop Preferences file with Photoshop closed.
I remember it worked for my situation.

I found, when that happened, it hadn't slipped off the "page" it had tucked itself under the docked toolbars. Dragging the toolbars away from the top of the window revealed the whole of the palette again ...
