Topic awaiting preservation: Help me locate tutorial (Page 1 of 1)

hi everyone. I am wondering if you can help me locate a tutorial on the web., maybe some of you might know it.

its a tutorial on how to make a PARCHMENT from scrap. But unlike other tutes this guy uses an image to to make a pattern fill, I think the image was called 'oldleather.jpg'.

I had that tute before with me, but my HD crashed, and along with it all the tutes I had. Can any one please help me?

You might want to make some, then take a picture of it and modify the picture. (coffee soaked printer paper, or better yet, that mulch-ey paper soaked in a mixture of coffee and green tea)

mmmm.... yah. Burn/Mangle/Rip/and drip on paper and then try to make it... take photos of it/scan it and use it... if you want it to look real.

or you could try and paint it... but that is not easy to do the first few times around.

That is pretty rough, and not quite what you want, but close. no tutorial from me though, cuz I just doodle around until it looks right.
