You can do that in PS CS unless I'm confused about what you mean by wrapping a text box around a shape. You can create type either on a path or within a closed path/shape just by clicking within the path/shape with the text tool.. |

Spatter: Create a text layer, then go in Layer > Type > Warp Text.... There's a lot of more or less basic warp that you can apply that way. |

Ah, I misunderstood what you meant I guess. I was thinking wrapping like in a magazine where they have a photo placed and the text avoids it. |

Well, either you mean "warp" -- distort -- or you mean "wrap" -- what layout designers call a runaround. |

CS has Text on a Path that would do it. If you have Illustrator you could wrap text in there and cut n paste as pixels to Photoshop |
