Can anyone give me any information on how difficult it is to find work as a web/graphics designer in any of the European countries?

That's too blatantly vague for me to comment on. That's like asking: "How tough is it to get a web design job in the Americas?"

Which one *IN PARTICULAR* are you speaking about?

ok let me word it this way....if you live in a European country...how difficult is it in your respective country (or town/city/village whatever) to find web/graphics design work?

look out for bulletin boards of universities etc.
they sometimes search for students, who can do webdesign while studying...
