I am building an Administration page for a person,
The Administration page contains Handling Categories for the files(creating removing directories on the server for each categories and sub categories) and Also Handling uploading files to its right directory, delete files and updating them.

also a section for Managing the Front-End News posts.

I will also have to go thru his pages to insert some Queries like in the home page to display the top 3 files uploaded ETC..

I have no idea how much should I charge per Hour.

Although I am a fresh student out of school and still learning how to do some things I am pretty quick on building it.

Please advice me.
