I think what is being said is to tighten it up..it sprawls and blue is many shades..the scroll bar could use some shading for instance..and the navigation as Emp said could be moved around.. it is just the rambling, sort of stuck aroundness to everything.. that is boring and same old, same old...there are many rambling stuck together sites.. it is the precision and crispness and color shading that makes a page stand out even with size, image and color constraints. The basics are all there, it could be a very good and professional design..I think |

skyetyger is right - I don't feel the colours need changing but you really need to tighten up the structure of the page. The simplest thing would be to keep the left graphic, take a bit of the top, bring the navigation over from the bottom of the left graphic (pos. have it below the title) and put some content in that blank space on the right. If you need all the other stuff then move it onto another page. That would be what I'd do for a start anyway and then kick some ideas round about refining the design. |
