If you haven't been down to the PS forum recently.... take a look here.

The fellas over at http://www.psd.it/forum are putting together an "International Forum vs Forum Photoshop Battle".
They're looking for this forum to participate, as well as somethingleet.com ... and teamphotoshop..... with a possible team also coming from the GN.

And here's where you all come into play.
Each forum is going to designate 5 people to be part of the team that will be representing it.
It's a collaborative project...... not like PONG where you're pitted against each other.
It's more along the lines of the Repeat Performance.... but with 5 people all working on one image, towards a common goal.
The images from each forum's team, will be posted, and voted on over at http://www.psd.it/forum in a seperate forum that will be in English.

SO..... Who would each of you suggest to represent this forum.
PS skills are a must, obviously....... but keep in mind, people need to be able to work together as well.
I'd like any and all of you to post your top 5 people that you'd like to see represent the Asylum in this event.
When we've gotten inputs from all of you (hopefully as early as the end of the day tomorrow)... we'll see who ranks in the top 5 of all the people suggested.
Then we'll ask each one of them if they're interested, and have the time.................. if someone declines.... then the #6 vote getter.... will be asked.... and so on.

So, inmates....... who shall represent us?
(I know that Weadah would certainly be a top vote getter.... however... he is away at the moment... so please don't include him in your lists... thankyou)

Hmmm I did have my eye on a couple of those people for Team GN - how are we going to play this?

There is a thread on this in the GN should we see what kind of talent we can scare up for our respective teams? I quite like the idea of having a little friendly competition between the Asylum and GN teams

[edit: Oh and Mr. Modest there - I do think that the inmate called Michael should also be considered on that list above - I hear he is pretty nifty with a little bit of PS]

I figured if DL-44 or JKMarby were going to be in it they'd be in the GN team.

Doc would be great but he always seems rather busy.... Same with DG.

Same goes for Shiiizzzam. I'd love to see her in the team but she doesn't hang out here much anymore.

I think we're seeing enough trends in the lists that we'll be able to come up with a pretty good representation for the Asylum and the GN.

I'd like to set a bit of a deadline for inputs of lists for the teams...........
Let's say......
at about 10pm (asylum time) ..... which is 7 hours from now..... we'll close out the inputs from everyone, and then I'll contact each of the top vote getters (don't worry Emps... I'm keeping the GN in mind.... and I'll be in touch with you when i get home from work)
... and see if each person has the time to spend on this little venture.

Pretty cool guys. I'm a little surprised to see my name so many times, given the amount of PS talent around here.

However, as a couple people have guessed, I'll have to throw my hat in the GN ring. There are obviously more than enough people for the Asylum.
