The first one isn't bad, but it doesn't grab me either. I do like those hints of yellow in there.

The second one, doesn't sit well with me at all. I'd say either rework it, or lose it. When tiled it made my eyes vibrate.

Whatever happened to desktops with meaning?

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

My eyes! They are bleeding!

Nice graphics but I like a little more subtlety on my desktop.

Im not too found of either. Nice work, its just not my sort of wallpaper. I dont really like the second one, but i think i posted that elsewhere. The first one is rather interesting.

Well, if you're looking for an art critique... the first one is rather dull. Just, nothing really to it. The second one is kinda neat looking. For wallpapers though, I think they're far too bright and flashy for a desktop I think. For my desktop, I prefer something more subtle.

man....perhaps I'm the only one left, but I spend so little time at my machine with just the desktop showing, I don't waste the time to put an image there. I've got black space. ahhhh, black space.

Actually right now i do have a blank (black) desktop, in fact i did a little registry hacking a got rid of all the icons too. I run all the stuff i would normally run off the desktop from my taskbar...
