go. read. learn. pay particular attention to darkgarden's column (prodotcom) and my coloumn (digisect) but, of course, all the stuff there is of excellent caliber. i'm certain everyone can pick up something from it for themselves. additionally, don't forget to subscribe for the mailing list. ultra-important.

thanks all!

I feel like David Carradine for some reason.

Great articles on both accounts. Entertaining and informative reads.

Although, I didn't realize that Denver was annexed by Britain. Terrible.

Excellent work, loved the articles. I am completely untrained when it comes to the graphic design side of things. I just do what I like and leave it at that since most of my time is spent on coding stuff. twItch^, your explanation of why certain colors work is really helpful.

DG, if only I had took a peek at your bio there before I posted my Albrecht Durer remark... DOH!

Enjoyed your discertation about light and color. Makes sense. Bookmarked for further use. Maybe you can explain why the Air Force and hospitals use sea foam green

Actually hospitals using sea foam green (actually an off mint with a light blue hue to it) has everything to do with the muting of colours.

Pastel green mutes deep reds. Put that into play, and you realize that it's used as a calming colour, and to mute the look of bright red blood spraying on clothing or walls.

Personally, I say make them yellow...I'd like to see more shrieking and fear of hospitals.

i'm certainly pleased that you all enjoyed all the work. good show. even made it onto k10k tonight, so that should help traffic.

krets :: i am in a constant state of attempting to persuade people that i have more culture than i really do. admitting that i am from denver definately destroys the potential hope that someone, somewhere, believes that because i have made the conscious decision to spell colour with a "u" i am perhaps more cultured. we'll see, i suppose.

boudga :: i did, yes.

bug :: next mont, since i am not going to have to introduce myself as what i am doing, i will be going through some further critical analysis of sites that use the colour schemes that i have chosen (there are going to be two instead of one) and further explanation of the colours themselves. i'm glad you enjoyed it.
