Go to Start>RUN and type is msconfig From there click on Startup tab and check off the programs you want to disable at startup. Your recources will go high... |

Could actually be WinME itself, my freind has a brand new P4 1.2ghz with 256 pc 600 ram and his sys resources with nothin running are a 75%, thats freakin rediculous. |

Actually, it might not be ME at all. Some programs have defininite memory leaks and you should check out all your TSR's before you decide it's the OS. |

Im with you Ducati.........i have 7 Macsa and 2 PC'S........those PCs seem to have more function in the software system but the bloat ware you have to have attatched to run the beast.....ouch.........the Mac is slim and stable.........the PC has you walking around the yard with a ton of useless attatchware............. |
