This has been the biggest rip off I have ever seen in my life. As you all probably know some asshole without talent copied Docs site and made it look like he design it.
Now.. it's been 2 days and that piece of shit is still online. DOES ANYONE IN HERE KNOW HOW TO HACK IT DAMMIT?
Common people... let's get this shit going here ok?
Hack the thing! Max! InI! you guys are good with this stuff...

That being said, I'll just step to the side and hope someone else tears into you. Hacking is like capital punishment (in this case). Yeah, he's done something wrong. Maybe he's just not updated, or isn't alive anymore, or something. In any event, it's not been taken down, so it's UP TO US, THE MORAL POLICE to take it down.
Got it.
I'll just stand over here, waiting.

Ducati,
Well, I'm not going to go into the whole capital punishment thing, but I'm not exactly going to tear into you either.
This guy hacked Doc's site and now you want to hack his? Come on now. I definitely stand behind Doc and whatever he decides to do about the site, but that is definitely not the answer. If you did it it'd make you as bad as him. I could probably hack his site if I wanted to but what would that prove?
That's as bad as hacking your account on this UBB if you start acting like a jackass. That makes me a jackass too, and I may be an asshole sometimes but, well right now anyway, I am not a jackass (although I'm sure someone will have some things to say about that ).
The point is, you don't have to stoop to his level to get your message across. And besides which, it is still Doc's fight. We can give him all the help he wants but Doc still has the decision about what to do, and from what I've seen, I don't think Doc would do something like that. But that's just my opinion. I'm entitled to that as you are to yours.
Anyway, whatever I say doesn't make much of a difference because I'm not God and I can't tell you or anyone what to do. In the end, you have your own decisions. I'm just giving you some advice.

Well, I won't tear into you Ducati, but just sit tight for a bit longer. We need to give this guy a chance to do the right thing. Now that he's been found out, he's going nowhere. All his clients have been notified including his ISP. He's basically toast. I mean, this guy really screwed the pooch because not only does he have to take down his own (I use that word reluctantly) site, but he's got to tell his clients that their sites are also rip offs, ouch!

InI, Ducati: If I were you I wouldn't evan think about hacking his system. The laws surounding copyright infringments and considered small fry to the laws surounding hacking! And seeing that you've just admitted your going to hack his site in a public forum.... seriously just don't!
Copyright infringment = Fines
Hacking = Jail and banned from ever using any form of communication equipment (that includes mobile phones)
Seriously, don't even try. What he's done is really shitty but it's not worth jail!
And yes, you could very well get a jail sentence from just hacking a site and stuffing with the content, I've read about many similar cases (hacking for vengance) where the hackers got slapped with a 15 year sentance! Well, thankyou but, Fuck that!

The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.
We have done so.
Now Tyberius Prime expects him to start complaining that we removed his 'free speech' since this message will replace all of his posts, past and future.
Don't follow his example - seek real life help first.

I like to hack. In its purest form, and in the degraded form that most people see it as.
1. Informal. To alter (a computer program): hacked her text editor to read HTML.
2. To gain access to (a computer file or network) illegally or without authorization: hacked the firm's personnel database.
So hacking systems, do it to be able to protect yourself. Don't do it to be malicious, if you want to hack there are plenty of sites that will encourage you to, constructively just to teach you. If you know how to hack into different systems, you will also know how to prevent others from doing it to you.
I would never reccomend making a direct assult on a server. In the future that may be sanctioned by law, but until that time leave the sites that do wrong alone and let the law enforcement agencies take care of it.
Can't wait until we have an international monitoring agency that does that, oops illegal, copy the site in entirety, take it down, notify those who hosted, then prossicute. It will be a wonderful thing, and will be an awsome job to hold. Wear a nice little shirt that says "Internet Police" under my flannel and the coffee stains.

Look, I don't want to rain on anybody's parade, but don't you guys know that the goverment monitors such stuff? Don't you guys know what ECHELON is? Haven't you noticed in the web history side of your sites occasionally that there are names like US goverment and US military on them? Want to see what it looks like? I'll show you, because sometimes they look at mine. Whatever you do, be careful. And try not to bring Doc into it.

Heh, my web site has a lot of visitors from US Government and US Military (for example, during these 11 days in June, they downloaded 6Mb from my web site), but I don't make very big deal of it, since they are mostly there to get my HTML editor and I appreciate all visits...

And I should worry about them why?
I also would like to point out that there are lots of soldiers in the army/navy/airfoce and I am sure that many of them have internet connections, that are provided though the US Govenment. I know that many people use US Government as their Host... so it does make a lot of sence to me.
I wouldn't worry to much. They may have all my information, but as long as I do nothing malicious it doesn't harm anyone. And I am not planning on hurting the government in any way shape or form, nor would i advocate that. And I believe many feel that same ways.
And for those who live outside the US, they wouldn't need to worry at all. I doubt a war would start over hacking a coratian server.

threep smiles at the discovery of the latest asylum patrollers - members of the US gov.
wondering if they are paying attention, he decides to do his best:
"ECHELON ASSASINATION TERRORISM BOMB CONSPIRACY WHITEHOUSE NYA!"
...he salutes them for their attentiveness, and walks away with a chuckle.
...but returns to add his bit:
"hacking is bad, m'kay?"
