I met up with Jeni and her hubby tonight while driving through North Carolina. We met up at a mexican food restaurant for some dinner and then I followed them back to "Casa de Jeni."

Cool! Krets, when are you going to be out this way? This is a very agreeable trend that we Asylumites are actually getting to meet one another in 3D. Bitdamaged and I met when I was up his way in San Francisco and that was great.

We had a good old time. Chatted about nerd things and exchanged gossip about all of you freaks. Talked about Stephen King and Star Wars and then had a good old time watching Dave (her husband) yell at the TV while NC played Duke.

And yes, I did get to see the fist eating demonstration personally, it's for real.

Meanwhile, my chances of ever meeting an Asylumite in real life remain very close to zero... unless we decide to have a Seoul OzoneCon! Boy, that would be fun!

Ah man! I wish that I could have been there. I have been feeling like shit lately. Yesterday I was in Mt. Airy and Pilot Mountain all day (about an hour 1/2 away from home).

Looks like you all had fun but I really had to go to Mt. Airy to close a big sale.

I didn't get back home until after 6:30pm which totaly wiped me out. Ah, the joys of outside sales.

Hope we can get together sometime soon.
