I was wondering how one created the effect of a ripped piece of looseleaf paper..kinda like on one of Steve's old sigs... I don't even need it warped like his was... just a little ripped rectangle of looseleaf is what I'm going for |

Not that dramatic...just like a fuzzy edges type thing...take a piece of looseleaf and rip it, try to be straight, notice how it's fuzzy |

Woohoo - just about nailed it. I made a white rectangle on a separate layer. Added the blue and pink lines. Selected the rectangle, entered quick mask mode, applied the (uh, something like sprayed strokes? some filter having sprayed it its name that I don't use very often), set to fairly subtle effect; out of quick mask mode, select>inverse; delete. |

That wouldn't really work, Wes.
