Ya know Dark... that's the first thing you've made that has any character IN MY OPINION.
Although it's extremely simple... it looks as though you may have grasped some concepts in there.
ON the other hand... there's a high probability that you just did it randomly and quickly.
But, non-the-less.... I like it....
I liked most of the top part... Your name is on there.... out in the middle of nowhere.... and it's too damn large IMO..... it kinda takes away from the whole thing...

I know you didn't ask for pointers.
But I'm handing them out anyway.

Well thank you taxon, I know you and me got off to a bad start here in the asylum and I did screw around with you with the help of threep, but I appreciate your comments and ideas. I didn't make the image to fast, but you are correct that it might be a little sloppy.
I'll keep practicing and learning all that I can. It's encouragement like this that makes me *want* to get better.

Hey Cryonix, try saving that thing as a jpeg. Using gif format has made it unnecessarily HUGE!

I turned the option from Maximum to High and now it is 63 kb..., what do you think of it...

Dark: I also like yours, but think having your name so prominent on it sticks out like a sore thumb. Adding a signature to a piece is usually done smaller and less in your face Like Taxon mentions, you seem to be improving in general, which is nice to see. Good work everyone so far! ~Vp~

Since everyone else seems to be to preocupied to answer your question Tyberius...heres my opinion.

Wacom makes the best ones you can find. To find other companies, you're gonna have to do a search in google ( www.google.com ) or altavista ( www.altavista.com ) on "Graphic Tablets" to try and find them. Wacom is by far the best known, and you don't actaully see that much advertising around from other companies on their tablets.

If you're looking for a cheap one from wacom, go for their Graphire.

Cool stuff folks. CryoniX, I like but i'd like to see a bit more emphasis on the text, great feel overall tho. Nojive, very interesting interpretation Axleclark, way cool; I don't think the smaller circles quite work tho, I'd play with that a bit more. Shi, if you want the same feedback again (hehe) I really like it, I think the left side works better than the right tho, right side doesn't flow as well IMO; nice choice of type.
