I use PS5.5 for everything I do. I tried to take a psd into PS6.01 to get more layers and the color looked terrible. Can anyone tell me how to correct the setting in PS6.01 to make it look the same as PS5.5? Here is a picture of what each one looks like: |

Open 5.5 and look at your rgb setup. This is found under the file menu>color settings. |

Nope...couldn't save it to a PSD...on the 5.5 it was saving it as an ICC...and on 6 it asked for something else. |

Yo eyezaer - don't mess with that merge down stuff. Select "Fill" with the "behind" blend mode. Fills everything transparent with black. |
