Preserved Topic: Make it (Week 65) ~Repeat Performance~ Trees (Page 1 of 1)

There has been some confusion in the past about what happens in here, so we`ll pretend not everyone has done this every week. For those of you that are new and those memory challenged, it goes like this :

1) Start here with this weeks image.

2) Have your way with it. That includes, but is by no means limited to : shake it, bake it, ruffle it smooth it, restore it, destroy it, twist it, burn it, smash it, stretch it, reveal the inner beauty, cut it to the red meat, paste it, waste it, taste it, mould it, mold it, shine it, shank it, dank it, yank it, in short, do to it what you will.

3) Post it here ( Be mindful of file size, thumbnails and text links are perfectly acceptable)

4) No critiques, no recriminations ( unless you do something really stupid )
No winners, no losers.

If you have an image you`d like us to mangle, send it to Shii, or myself (see profile) and we`ll do the hard part.
Above all else, the most important thing is that you have fun with it.

I guess you snooze you loose ... just finished week64... oh well (was still open at 4 am)
What is the cut-off time for submitting - since I finally worked my courage up to play too :-)

I would safely say midnight on Sunday night unless you are lucky enough to catch Bob sleeping late and not closing it

I guess now is a good time for me to post this. I've decided for a number of reasons, to bow out of Repeat Performance. VP and I started this one night while both working on the same photo then sharing on ICQ. He later got busy with some life things (yuh he has a life) and wasn't online much for a while. I don't really want to go into my reasons but I do hope you will all have fun with it and learn if nothing else

Thanks , Shii, ( and VP ) for getting us started on this venture. I`m certainly having fun with it.
Hope you`ll stop by and play with us now and then. I miss seeing your work.

It won`t be easy, but we`ll try to carry on without you.



On the timing thing, I usually post the new image around midnight CST Saturday night.
(+ or - 12 hours) Yea, I`m pretty flexible.
