I don't know about the rest of you, but I make sigs to try out different techniques and new tricks, or ideas I've come up with to tweak a picture. My only problem is that it seems that people compare each new sig I make to this skin one I made so many months ago. I think we should look at each person's sig as if it's their first, rather than say "you've done better in the past..." say, "you could improve it this way and that way...". I'm not complaining, but it seems very dificult, for me at least, to overcome the hurdle of being a one-hit wonder. |

hmm....i think a sig is just a way of adding your name to the end of a post so that you don't have to type it. figure that, i just type it. |

for me sigs are small pieces of art. tho I do agree with you, Grumble; "but what i think is that it looses the original sense of a "signature" if you change it every couple of months..." actually I think that's true. But everytime i fiddle something with photoshop I think 'hey, that'd ROCK as a sig' and make a new one. I do guess that i'll stick around with this one for a while. Summary of my sigs: |
