One of the funniest, and most disgusting, things that I have ever been a part of was one day I was at a BBQ, and we were having burgers. Being of the bloody meat eating variety of human, I asked for my burger medium rare. When I bit into the burger it was so good I made mmmm noises. At the same time, blood from the burder was dribling down my chin. My vegitarian friend lost his lunch at that site. Make me smile every time. Silly vegitarian. |

Or 'carpaccio', I love it when we go to italian restaurants - It´s raw beef, sliced so thin you can almost look through it - delicious! |

I have absolutely no problem with that...considering other things in my past...that is a relatively 'easy' thing to live with...the point being, live...if I had no other path to take, I would eat...and live. However, not someone who is living...they would have to be dead, first...then it is just meat. I would never kill someone, just to eat them...even if it meant starving to death. That is where I draw the line. As for animals...well, hmmm...I have killed animals in the past for meat...and I do fish....maybe that is a bit hypocritical...I just can't seem to 'justify' killing someone for meat...and I see the animal thing a bit differently...in nature, it is normal. And cannibalism is somewhat widespread in nature, as well...hmmm...something to think over... |
