thanks liluth. it also was a lot of work, moving all that blocks in every frame, so that it looks natural.

Here is my first sig post on here/first sig competition.

It is probably a lengthy download, but I like it anyway.

the animation could use some smoothness.

Don't get me wrong, I love smoothness too. However, I am not very experienced, and it was already a large image as it stands. If I put more poses on there, you guys are gonna get pist, if I'm not mistaken. I'll give my next one a SERIOUS go.

Red, Yah, cool idea... I have a thought though. Why dont you make the NY buildings simple line drawings in orange? the image would be smaller, and the red ninja would fit in really well...

You know, never thought of it. Good idea!

Don't think I'm going to have the time to enter it, though, but I'll still give it a try.

By the way, that sig is freaky. Or is it wicked freaky cool? Can't remember.

Ok, I got over my premature e-post-ulation of before and cleaned it up a bit.

Hmm, more than a touch disappointed in the turnout this month...Shant be doing another one of these, methinks.

For everyone that has submitted though, great work, really. I know it's rather obscure, but I've liked your takes on the theme, especially you, bob....nice rocks ya got there, soldier.

heh.. I like the 2nd one alot too, but Geary? He is a bad bad man... but I do like the furniture he designs, just not willing to pay thousands of $$ for cardboard, ya know?.... actually no2 is a buddy of mine who is about to get his license and then he will revolutionize the architectural world!! One of those things I have had on the back burner is designing a site for him, maybe I will use something like this for it... or not.

I know it's a 40k, but it was about a 150k before i resized it in half.....and cut several frames

acidbox... Yes, it`s all PS. I used the pen tool to form the basic shapes, and the airbrush/paintbrush to make everything else, and ran lighting effects on the gate.

No magic here, just set up a color pallette, and paint it till it looks right. If I would do anything different with this one ( in doing it again ) I would make it in the size I intended to use it. Lost lots of detail in downsizing.

Aside from finishing this one, as I`m sure DG has planned, the sig contest runs for a month( including Xmas ) and the declared winner can choose seasonal sigs if he or she wishes.
I have fun with this, so I, for one, would like to see it continue.

I know focus is a problem around here. To the loonies , a month is a long time, hell, reading one post in it`s entirety, can be an attention span test of monumental proportions. Maybe it`s just the meds...
