Well, right now I am sitting here with sticky paws from having a nice bowl of ice cream. I am just wondering, what is everyone's favorite flavor?

some company or other makes one called Death by Chocolate.. its choc ice cream with fudge and brownies mixed in.. dcent stuff.. suits me.. edy's makes one very similar with m&m's mixed in.. but frozen m&m's are like rox.

I would have to say taht my fav flavor is Half-Baked.
It is sooooo good I wish I had some right now.

I hate the French Vanilla

(Alright, I haven't tried it.. they don't ship to Canada, but that's so much cooler/Funnier/better than Ben and Jerry's, and none of the money earned goes to environmentalists!)

My favorite is pulp addiction. It's a mixture of chocolate and orange.

Hmmm...Chocolate Addiction (It's basically two kinds of chocolate ice-cream, white chocolate and dark chocolate. The white chocolate has a dark chocolate sauce and the dark chocolate has a white chocolate sauce...plus the choc chips through all of it and the choc curls on top)...very very chocolatey

What does Ben&Jerry have 90% market share of ice cream or something? Its the brand most people mentioned.

I guess when I buy ice cream, its usually B&J. I used to go to Friendly's in my hometown but I am sure there are plenty of homemade ice cream spots in my area. Cheescake is at Juniors.

I think it's just because it rocks... they actually opened up a few shops here in Korea, but none of them are anywhere near where I live. And they're going to be even further away once we move next week.



As for my favorite flavors, well, traditionally I'm a mint chocolate chip man, but I've come to love Rocky Road as well. I think my favorite B&J flavor is New York Super Fudge Chunk.

I like chocolate.

Um, no.

But that's mainly because you live in the States. If you lived here, there would be no problem with it. I happen to have what is probably a very healthy love for sweet red beans (we call them "bat" here, which sounds more like the English "pot" than it does "bat," but anyway...). I'll eat just about anything with red beans in it--bread, rice cakes (not the rice cakes you're thinking of... they're made from rice flour and steamed, and they end up dense and chewy), batbingsu (shaved ice with red beans, condensed milk and fruit), etc. I even make red bean pancakes when the mood strikes me.

That being said, do they actually have red bean flavored ice cream in the States? Because here they are generally used as a topping or filling, rather than an actual flavor. They do have red bean ice pops (I forgot what you call them, but I think that's close enough), but that's not really ice cream...

No, they just seem to have much better quality than anyone else. The store didn't have B&J's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough the other day, so I had to settle for Blue Bell.

Bland compared to the concert of flavors in B&J's.

We actually don't have a B&J's around here. We do have a Purity though. Not that I go there a lot or anything, but a lot of that ice cream isn't bad either, as far as I'm concerned. I'm no hardcore ice cream eater though.

I dislike chocolate anything, so I can't relate to any of you, lol. My favorite is Edy's Dreamery New York Strawberry Cheesecake... Creamy vanilla icecream with chunks of cheesecake and swirls of strawberry... Yum!

Well it's been a long time since I've had some. But I'd have to say Rum'n'Raison is my fave...

Ben and jerry's is good, but schwans is good too. Good local deliverer.

so many good flavors to choose from...but, i guess my all time favorite would have to be the plain old vanilla we used to make when i was a kid. i could hardly wait to take my turn to sit atop that old-fashioned ice cream maker and crank the handle while sucking on a piece of rock salt...looking forward to the moment it was no longer just milk and eggs and sugar but, real ice cream! maybe that's part of what made it sooooo good.

my mother loves vanilla, or sometimes she gets neopolitan...I hate them. If neopolitan's the only ice cream in the fridge I would get all of the chocolote flavored one.

I never really liked strawberry ice cream.

I just realised what my sig is. It's a coffee swirl. Y'know, in expensive coffee shops, they do this weird stuff with the froth on the cappucinos. That's what my sig is!
