Topic: finding freelance design work? (Page 1 of 1)

A few quick questions -

How much/what type of experience do I need to find web design work, in general? At the moment, I have one page that I've done for a business ( www.drisson.com ) and a decent amount of computer experience...

Also, how would I go about finding freelance/contract design jobs? Is there a good place or web site for that type of thing?

edit: damned, i forget the link. was something like e-lance or so...
but you wont make much money there.

I found a new niche market for my freelance stuff....I design printed work for certain large religions (with deep pockets) in my community. I'm talking serious cha-ching!
