I just want to thank Ford, wherever you are, for designing the 2000 Ford Focus that I bought on Saturday evening. It's awfully nice. I enjoy driving it to places that allow cars, such as parks, places-of-business and "homes". It's very well designed, and I have given the nomenclature "Starkles Minutiae" to the car. Thank you. |

I must admit that I had a Ford Festiva for 10 years and I loved it. I still got 40 MPG when I sold it and never had a smidge of trouble with it. The only reason I got rid of it was that I had a child and got really nervous with him in it. I didn't mind me getting smashed up, but I didn't think it would be fair to him. |

Not being familier with the model, I have to ask is that a 'new' car or 'new to you'? |

My friend had a car in high school...a hatchback that was flesh-colored and had the license plate 254-EAR. We called it the Earmobile. |

I live in Michigan, the car capital of the world, and I know quite a few motorheads (I am not one, however). I can't think of a single person I know that likes ford vehicles. |

My ex girfriends dad is like a wanna be GI Joe. Anyway, he has a hummer and he treats it like it was his daugher. Seriously. I hated that thing. It was like a dull yellow and I personally think they are the ugliest things on the road. |

I think it's because Ford markets for the 'family type', they'd like you to think that their cars are safer, just because they have lower top speeds.. but in actuallity, they're the same metal, with the same breaks, gears, and wheels. Just a lot less sporty.. and less badass, you need badass <img border=0 align=absmiddle src="http://www.ozones.com/forum/smile.gif"> |

Ford generally does cater to the family types, it's true. But with the Ford Focus, especially the two-door coup, they're not marketing it, basically, at all for families whatsoever. It's for the younger, "hipster dude" crowd...and I'm proud to consider myself a hipster dude. |
