I may also choose to not obey the red meat / white meat categorisation... With dessert - Port (tawny or vintage), Madeira (sweet) or Tokaj Azú (3, 4, 5 or 6 puttons). Just for relaxation or with good friends - a shot of good single malt Scotch (e.g. Cardhu, Lagavulin, Glenmorangie,...). Bushmills (Irish) is also good, although it's a blend... If I'm thirsty - Coke, fresh fruit juice, water,...
