Dinner - white meat/fish:: Good white especially Chablis or fizz

Cheeseboard:: Good red + Port

Chill out at pc/tv etc:: Baileys & ice or tea/coffee

Hot day:: Ice cold milk or fresh juice (iced)

Work:: Endless caffeine - preferably Lavazza (expresso)

No favourite.....depends on what I'm doing/eating/ frame of mind......

Dinner is usually steak or chicken (red meat) and sushi/sashimi for the appetizer!

Well... It depends...

If I'm thirsty - Coke, fresh fruit juice, water,...
With a good dinner - red meat / red wine (preferably from Spain or Chile), white meat or fish / white whine or rosé (again Spanish or maybe Italian, Portugese or Hungarian). I may also choose to not obey the red meat / white meat categorisation...
With dessert - Port (tawny or vintage), Madeira (sweet) or Tokaj Azú (3, 4, 5 or 6 puttons).
Just for relaxation or with good friends - a shot of good single malt Scotch (e.g. Cardhu, Lagavulin, Glenmorangie,...). Bushmills (Irish) is also good, although it's a blend...
Tea, hot cocoa (maybe with a dash of Captain Morgan, hmm...)...
