Im 28 and I have always wondered that with some of the threads that I have seen here, just what are the ages of most of the frequent flyers?

I haven't been posting in the last few months . . . Just Lurking, but I figured I may as well make a post on this thread? I was born on Febuary 7, 1944 - so I'm pushing 58, but I don't really know just how to feel old yet. When I was in my 20s & 30s, I used to look at someone my age & say, GEEZZ, he's really old. Now that I'm there, I don't know how I should act, due to the fact that I still feel like I'm in my 30s. Heheheh! Y'all have a good one . . . Mark.

Allewyn, you missed Kruzr's post, he's got you by what, 4 years? I think it's cool we have this mixed bag of teenagers up to [old farts ] and up until this moment, you usually couldn't tell the difference. I remember losing a girlfriend once, quite some time ago, when we argued about the fact that I intended to never "grow up". I'm sure she didn't understand my point, which I'm sure most of you would agree is valid. Hell, I can get older, I can even be responsable, all without being a "grown up". The terminology just scares me, it implies that "I've arrived" somewhere, and I don't ever want to arrive at any final destination, I need something out there to strive for. Nice to hear so many others saying the same kinda thing, cool.

I hatched from the Great Egg on the shores of a mist enshrouded purple sea 16,342 of your earth years ago (a cheap attempt to win the prize for being the oldest person). Luckily for comparison purposes (and for more complicated technical reasons) I was born to an earth woman on 4th March 1971 making me 30. I'm glad to see that nearly all of us in the middle of the age range are reporting a collective delusion of youth (I think its what keeps most of us going from day to day - long may it last).

there's been about 4 or so topics to hit 100 posts.... nothing 'special' happens. A lot of topics get 100 replies, however, it is broken up over 3 or so threads, the Mad Sci's do a good job of keeping most of us happy with that.
