Sure, glad you liked it!

I selected the face and inverted the selection, so that only the hair would be affected. I later used a Lighting Effect to add some yellow color and brighten the face to make it look like it was being lighted by the hair.

For the hair itself, I used Wind, Ripple and Accented Edges, then a yellow/red Cloud layer on Overlay for color.

Art-I-Must - Simple, but nice, though you may want to color the hair that passes over her lips. It goes gray there.
