I had a serve done before, and I was well pleased with it - but I fell asleep in front of the PC without a recent save, awoke, forgot what I was doing, and hit the power button without looking at the screen. Excuse me for being away for a while - have had a lot to sort out lately - like coming to terms with this overwhelming urge to spontaneously combust, and the frustration of knowing this is yet another impossible goal. I am now taking two weeks off work. One week will be spent in Ireland for my brother's wedding, but this gives me a whole week of little/nothing to do, so I will definitely be posting a serve in the next fortnight. Good to see that this is still dragging on!

They sat about and brainstormed things like stress positions, noise barraging, and oxygen deprivation, threw in designs for the most uncomfortable seating designs they could dream-up, then packaged the lot into an 18 hour coach journey. Just when the victim feels they might be recovering from this traumatic ordeal, they are given even worse conditions and seating designs, and the machine's pilot is replaced by a maniacal boy-racer who delights at the prospect of going sideways around broken tarmac country roads in a vehicle weighing several tons plus it's cramped and exhausted passengers and luggage. I took that return coach ticket without a care in the world other than that I was not going to miss my brother's wedding. I am now a broken wreck of a man (honest, I'm like a hollow shell, typing with one finger at a rate of about 1wpm) and I only got back this morning - now I have work at 5.30AM, despite the fact that I was supposed to have tomorrow off. C'est la vie! I didn't miss my brother's wedding, though! I did come back to a dead freezer. I wish I hadn't opened that door!

I had a serve done before, and I was well pleased with it - but I fell asleep in front of the PC without a recent save, awoke, forgot what I was doing, and hit the power button without looking at the screen.

Excuse me for being away for a while - have had a lot to sort out lately - like coming to terms with this overwhelming urge to spontaneously combust, and the frustration of knowing this is yet another impossible goal.

I am now taking two weeks off work. One week will be spent in Ireland for my brother's wedding, but this gives me a whole week of little/nothing to do, so I will definitely be posting a serve in the next fortnight.

Good to see that this is still dragging on!
